In the heart of a lagoon with different shades of turquoise, jade green and ultra marine blue, Bora Bora can be considered one of the world’s most beautiful islands. Nicknamed the “pearl of the Pacific”, it is part of the Society Archipelago and more specifically, the Leeward Islands - Iles-Sous-le-Vent. Located in the center of the principal atoll, Mount Otemanu, with its 727 meters of basalt, dominates the numerous islets known as motus. Protected by a coral reef, the Queen of the Oceans is actually an extinct volcano. A palace on a motu

Lost in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, the St. Regis Bora Bora Resort occupies an entire motu without any roads or vehicles. This palace hotel possesses no less than 100 villas all situated on the beach or on the lagoon. The beach villas have their own swimming pools, an open air shower and a breathtaking view of the lagoon. The four villas have one bedroom and direct access to a beautiful private beach.

The two Royal villas which have two bedrooms and a magnificent view of the islands of Raïtatea and Taha’a, are veritable suites. In this ultra private haven of peace, guests have at their disposition, an incredible infinity pool just a few steps from the ocean. The villas perched on stilts, above the turquoise lagoon, have one bedroom and a view of either the Pacific or the main island of Mount Otemanu. Tastefully decorated with exotic wood and marble, they each have a terrace, a Jacuzzi and a private belvedere.

Like their sister villas on the beach, the five Royal villas on stilts have two bedrooms as well as a swimming pool overlooking the lagoon. Finally, the ultimate in luxury is the Royal Estate, situated along the superb tropical garden, with three separate buildings, a private swimming pool, a white sand beach and a spa.

After a morning of contemplating the fish in the Saint Regis’ private lagoon, guests can enjoy lunch on the beach and try the shrimp with citrus fruit or the grilled tuna proposed by the chef of the Te Pahu. At the end of the day, if a few laps of the Oasis swimming pool aren’t enough to fully relax, the Miri Miri Spa, located on its own islet, offers treatments combining tradition with the most contemporary methods. And to compete the feeling of total relaxation, guests can enjoy the magnificent sunset from the Aparima bar, on the beach, before heading for the Lagoon restaurant, suspended above the ocean, with its menu of Asian and local dishes.
